Partner Support

Getting the Accel program off to a fast start is very important. There are three major steps:

  1. Conduct a Manager Overview Meeting
  2. Conduct staff training
  3. Promote the program using marketing tools

The Accel program will be successful only if your credit union staff members are comfortable referring your members to us. Our staff training sessions will help your employees understand program features and recognize member referral opportunities. Training sessions are scheduled prior to the program start date. Archived staff training sessions are also available online via webinar.

Customized Solutions

GreenPath is always interested in collaborating with partners to innovate and create custom solutions. An example is Accel’s CheckRight tool, an online checking account management program that we created at the request of our partner credit unions.

Ongoing Support

When your Accel program is up and running, our Partner Relations team provides the ongoing support you need.  A designated Partner Relations Specialist will work with your credit union to help ensure program success. This assistance comes in many forms.  Partners sometimes request information about a member counseling session, assistance coordinating a workshop, clarification of data from a partner report, suggestions about how to use the marketing tools, etc. Your Partner Relations Specialist is there for you.
